This holiday season my husband Irv and I experimented with two foods we have never made - homemade gnocchi and marshmallows.

Both were fantastic. Irv made the marshmallows using my rummage sale pan which is the BEST pan in the world and has become my absolute 'go to' pan for everything from soaking skewers to roasting chicken. Who says you need an expensive pan to make great food?
