| The Cavetelli Maker |
This weekend, after dropping off some donations at my local Goodwill, I could not help but stop in the store to browse a bit. Lo and behold, I stumbled across the most glorious cavatelli maker -- old box but it looked like it was never used. I have never made cavatelli nor any pasta for that matter (my husband is the pasta maker) but to stumble upon something like this blew my mind. I had to try it. It is marvelous - the little clicky clack of the machine as you put in the rope of pasta, and out come these divine little things.
